Toliccs Shipping Policy

Despatch

Orders placed before 12:00pm AWST on a business day are despatched the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on Western Australian public holidays go out the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. International orders are accepted on request and quoted per consignment — email admin@toliccs.com.au for an international freight quote before placing the order.

Freight rates

Freight is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination postcode. Rate categories:

  • Small items (under 5kg): flat-rate parcel via Star Track / Allied Express.
  • Standard freight (5–30kg): zone-based rates, 1–6 business days depending on destination.
  • Bulk and dangerous goods (drums, IBCs, large equipment): palletised freight, quoted per consignment — please contact us before placing the order for an accurate rate.
  • Mine-site and remote: quoted per consignment.

Free freight thresholds

Free freight is available to Perth metro on standing-order trade-account lines above an agreed threshold. Contact your dedicated parts contact or admin@toliccs.com.au to set this up.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for typical transit times by destination.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at the point of despatch. You can also contact us for tracking updates.

Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer at despatch. Title remains with Toliccs until the goods are paid for in full (trade-account customers: terms apply).

Damaged or missing freight

Inspect every consignment on arrival. If a carton or pallet shows damage:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's POD before signing. Without a noted POD we cannot claim against the carrier.
  2. Photograph the damage and the packaging.
  3. Email admin@toliccs.com.au with your order number, photos and a description within 24 hours of delivery.

We'll arrange replacement or refund and pursue the carrier claim on your behalf.

Pickups

Local pickup from the warehouse can be arranged by prior appointment for Perth-metro customers. Email admin@toliccs.com.au to organise.
