Toliccs Refund & Returns Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

Change-of-mind returns

If you've ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we'll accept returns of unopened, resaleable goods within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following:

  • The item must be in original packaging, unused, in resaleable condition.
  • Freight to return the item is at the customer's expense.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies on change-of-mind returns to cover handling and re-shelving.
  • Special-order, custom-blended or non-stocked lines are not returnable for change of mind.
  • Opened oils, lubricants, additives and AdBlue are not returnable for change of mind for product-integrity reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If something arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt:

  • Email admin@toliccs.com.au with your order number, photos of the issue and a description of the fault.
  • Don't dispose of damaged freight or packaging until we've assessed the claim.
  • We'll arrange replacement, repair or refund (your choice for major failures) at our cost — including return freight.

Warranty claims (Alemlube, Macnaught, GFB, IK Sprayers, Halowipers)

Manufacturer warranty terms apply for equipment failures outside the standard 7-day window. We coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Email warranty queries to admin@toliccs.com.au with the serial / batch number, proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method. For trade-account customers, refunds are credited to your account ledger and applied against the next invoice.

How to start a return

Email admin@toliccs.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll issue an RA (Return Authorisation) number and instructions before the goods come back — please don't send anything without an RA.
