Shipping & Delivery
Despatch times
Orders placed before 12:00pm AWST on a business day are picked, packed and despatched the same day from the nearest distribution centre. Orders placed later go out the next business day.
Dual-coast despatch
We ship from two warehouses to keep transit times short and freight rates fair:
- WA HQ: 9 Burgay Court, Osborne Park WA 6017 — services WA, NT and SA
- NSW DC: 13/135 Kurrajong Road, Prestons NSW 2170 — services NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and TAS

Bulk freight (drums, IBCs, hose reels)
208L drums, 1000L IBCs, large grease-pump rigs and hose-reel kits ship on pallet via dedicated freight. Rates and ETAs are quoted per consignment — please email admin@toliccs.com.au with your delivery postcode for an accurate freight number before placing a bulk order, or call (08) 9309 2998 or use the live chat to request a callback.
Tracking
You'll get a despatch email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Trade-account customers can request consolidated delivery on standing-order lines.
Damaged or missing freight
Inspect every consignment on arrival. If a carton or pallet looks damaged, note it on the carrier's POD before signing and email photos to admin@toliccs.com.au within 24 hours. Without a noted POD we can't claim against the carrier.
